Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the death or injury of any cats in our care, for circumstances beyond our control. Your acceptance to leave your cats in our care demonstrates that you are happy with our facilities and accept that they are safe for your pet/s. Every effort will be made to keep them safe from harm, this includes a bush fire evacuation plan, security cameras, regular in person checks etc.

We have a number of security measures to ensure your cat/s are safely contained during their stay, these have been tested by our own cats and we are confident that we are escape proof. These include double doors at each end of the cattery room, one of these is a screen door so that any lose cats can be seen before the second door is opened, the outside space is totally enclosed with cat proof netting which is secured to the fences and the house ensuring there are no gaps. When cats have their outside time, they are 100% supervised so any attempts to break out of the enclosure will be spotted. However if your cat/s somehow manage to “Houdini” their way out of our secure facility we are not liable.

Abandonment – If you unable to collect your cat/s on the scheduled departure date please contact us. If we do not hear from you we will endeavour to contact you to ascertain when you will be able to collect your cat/s.
In the event that you do not contact us and we are not able to contact you, we shall continue to take care of your cat/s for 7 days beyond their scheduled collection date. Once this time is up we will have no options but to conclude that you have abandoned your pet/s, at this point we shall take appropriate action to rehome your cat/s through a organisation such as the RSPCA.
